Listening to Diet
The body is our temple. And while temples are quiet, they also ring an ominous tone.
Tones that indirectly communicate with us in ways most of us weren’t trained to listen.
Our body similarly speaks to us; through bloating, inflammation, acne, fatigue, heartburn, headaches, shortness of breath, digestion issues, cravings…etc.
These aren’t just passing symptoms, but indicators from our core system that something is off. Something must change in our diet.
So forget the antibiotics and start looking. Make observations, look for patterns, come up with theories, test them, make adjustments, and test again. Rinse and repeat to find the cause.
Only you can do the work. Each body is unique, and only it knows what is best.
Start listening, treat the cause, and forget the symptom.
