Comfort
Comfort is a dangerous word.
It causes us to chase known paths towards "security" and to dream up inflated concepts of what we need to be comfortable. It shifts our life's focus from our values (health, relationships, passions) to our desires. Simply put, it's creates complications that don't exist.
But we can flip this on its head when we find comfort outside - as it reconnects us with our being and the earth. It causes us to better assess what we actually need and forces us to step into the unknown, which is where life really occurs.
The best part? When we find it, we redefine our comforts towards a sustainable path of contentment.
