Moving Meditation
Life is a ride and full of surprises; highs, lows and everything in between. But being human, we tend to react to each of these with our emotions: experiencing bliss with the highs, and overwhelm with the lows which can be painful and paralyzing.
One way we can clear our minds is through moving meditation - releasing our thoughts to solely focus and zone in on the present moment. When we do this we are forced to be, which helps us move beyond our mental instabilities. For some of us, this may be through skateboarding, surfing, biking, rock climbing ... but virtually any dance with the earth requires a focus and connection to your body and the planet, that can re-align you with what is important and our gift of life.
