Slowing Down

Most places we look, we see people in a rush. On roads, in coffee shops, at grocery stores, just about everywhere .... but why?

When we rush, we miss people, moments and opportunities all around us - connections that keep us engaged and alive. By constantly moving to the next thing we transform ourselves into a new kind; from human-beings into human-doings.

If we slow down and be - we align ourselves with the universe, finding new beauty and opportunity right in front of us, in ways far beyond our imagination.

What if the next time you feel yourself in a rush you consciously slow down and engage with what is around you? How will these actions shape your day?
